Lesson Schedule
Classes are conducted from Monday to Friday and on Saturday mornings. We do not schedule classes on Mondays in the winter terms (2 & 3).
Lessons are not held on Public Holidays.
Children are booked in for a TERM and/or BOOSTER BLOCKS.
TERMS generally coincide with School Terms, children coming once or twice a week for lessons.
BOOSTER BLOCKS are conducted during School Holidays. Children have a lesson each day from Monday to Friday. Due to the intensive nature, progress is usually quick; thus making these blocks an excellent supplement to the mainstream Terms.

Booking Procedure
Saturday Bookings open Saturday week 8 of term (refer to timetable for dates) at 7.30am and will close midday. We will not be taking phone bookings on this Saturday morning, as it is too hard to balance this with the number of customers at the desk. Weekday bookings will commence on Tuesday of Week 9 (to help out parents who might be working on this day we will be opening at 7.30am). We will be taking phone bookings but our priority will still be the customer who comes in to book. If you leave a message we may not catch you on our return call and other bookings may be processed ahead of you.
If at all possible, your best option is to make your booking once we open on the first day or during the first week, particularly if you require a specific day/time/teacher. No bookings will be taken without full payment. If you wish to take advantage of the cash discount you must pay cash at the time of booking. We cannot hold places for a later payment - this is unfair to everyone. If you book over the phone it must be a credit card payment at the time of booking - please do not ask to come in later in the day or week to finalise the payment.
